Millogic's line of VME controller and interface devices are widely used in defense, medical and industrial applications as drop-in replacements for the discontinued VME interface devices from Cypress.

Some emulators are FPGA based hybrid devices, and some, including the ML7C960 and ML7C964 are integrated circuit devices, packaged in either plastic or ceramic packages. Millogic stocks these two devices in the 14x14 TQFP package, which is the most commonly used package. Ceramic, and 10x10 TQFP package runs may require a MOQ.

While most customers utilize the drop-in replacement emulators, Millogic will license the IP when a customer wishes to integrate this logic with other board logic into a single FPGA. In such a case, external drivers capable of matching VME signal requirements would be needed.
